How To Make Sticks’n’Sushi’s S’more Coffee Cocktail


Sticks’n’Sushi’s S’more Coffee Cocktail is a decadent, fireside-inspired serve, layering rich coffee liqueur, velvety chocolate, and toasted marshmallow for a grown-up take on the classic campfire treat


Ingredients

  • 40ml Coffee Liqueur 
  • 25ml Vodka
  • 35ml Cold Espresso

Foam (batch for 4/5 drinks):

  • 100ml Soya Single Cream (or soya cream)
  • 25ml Vanilla Syrup

Method: 
1 Pour the coffee liqueur, vodka and espresso into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently to chill.
2 Top with a generous spoonful of vanilla foam, ideally with a soft serve look. 

To make the foam: 
1 Whisk the soya cream and vanilla syrup together in a bowl until slightly thickened — you’re aiming for soft peaks, like lightly whipped cream.
2 Keep chilled and use within a couple of days.
