Hyatt has launched the new ‘Be More Inspired’ series, a range of member-only events dedicated to nurturing the best up-and-coming talent across Europe, Africa and the Middle East
Feeling like you’ve been lacking in motivation recently? We’ve got just the ticket. Hyatt has unveiled its new ‘Be More Inspired’ series, an exciting range of intimate events designed to celebrate notable rising stars and inspire World of Hyatt members alongside.
In January, Hyatt unveiled ‘Be More Here’, a new brand platform that invites guests, members and customers to lean into the transformative powers of travel and be more present. In a fast-paced world of what’s next and how to get there, World of Hyatt encourages guests to truly be in the moment.
Ideal for any runners, the first rising star kicking off the series is long-distance runner Philip Sesemann. Philip was catapulted into the public eye after he finished tenth in the 2023 London Marathon.
Beginning his running career at Blackheath and Bromley Athletics Club, Philip made his marathon debut at the 2021 London Marathon, where he claimed the title of first British runner over the line. Combining 80-mile weeks alongside an A&E career as a junior doctor, Philip is a true inspiration for other aspiring athletes.
This summer, Philip will take to the roads of Paris, reaching the pinnacle of a journey that has seen him run over 45,000 miles since turning professional.
Hyatt has been following Philip’s journey since his London success, and has worked with him to capture exclusive behind-the-scenes content of his training across Europe, while also giving him the opportunity to unwind and draw inspiration from his downtime at some of Hyatt’s properties, demonstrating the patience, focus and self-belief that it takes to reach the top.
On Philip’s return to London, World of Hyatt members will be invited to an exclusive Q&A event at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill on 13 August 2024, where Philip will discuss his journey from Bromley to Paris.
Exclusively for World of Hyatt members, the event will give Hyatt’s valued guests insights into what it takes to crack the competitive world of long distance running and what he has learnt from his experience, with the hope of inspiring others.
Later this year, the ‘Be More Inspired’ series will make its way to Dubai, where Hyatt will be partnering with an up-and-coming designer as they prepare to showcase in the world-renowned Dubai Design Week.
