Foodies are invited to join RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey for a dreamy monthly supper club series this summer
Surrey’s beautiful scenery, al fresco settings and exquisite five-course cuisine – what could be better for a British summer evening? RHS Garden Wisley near Woking has announced exclusive dates for a special dining series of unforgettable al fresco after-hours dinners and tours with spectacular views of the garden.
With a different seasonal ingredient set to be showcased within each different meal, guests are invited to hear inspirational insights from the experienced garden team, followed by a thoughtfully curated seasonal five-course set menu crafted by talented chefs, showcasing the best of British cuisine.
Nestled within the scenic surroundings of the garden, the suppers are set to be nothing short of magical (British weather permitting, of course).
The upcoming dates are as follows:
1 Friday 26 April – Spring at RHS Wisley
Menu highlights: Pigeon breast, bonbon, pistachio and red wine glaze; Crusted saddle of lamb, pommes Anna, garden peas, thyme and juniper jus and Camellia blossom tea crumble and cream
2 Friday 17 May – All about roses: SOLD OUT
Menu highlights: Cured salmon with rose, beetroot and lime, soda bread; Saffron, rose and tiger prawn nage with basil and olive tian and Passion fruit and rose jelly, with rose water gel
3 Friday 28 June – Summer in the Pinetum and Howard’s Field
Menu highlights: Grilled king oyster mushroom scallop, wild mushrooms mousse, tuile, mushroom and tapioca cracker, mushroom jus; Mushroom and pine needle risotto, pine needle oil and Pine nut pie smoked with pine needle, pine nut ice cream
4 Friday 26 July – Explore and eat the World Food Garden
Menu highlights: Micro leaf and radish bouquet with creamy black garlic; Dukka and harissa spiced baby cauliflower, garden salad and Summer strawberry pie, strawberry shards, strawberry and mint granita
Guests can expect a charming dining atmosphere as they are welcomed to the beautiful setting of RHS Garden Wisley, dining al fresco amidst the lush greenery and under the starry night sky.
