
‘Dough’ not miss out on this upcoming event. In a celebration of Italian culinary culture, acclaimed pizzaolos Michele Pascarella, (the Best Pizza Chef in the World), and Sasa Martucci, (owner of The World’s 10th Best Pizzeria), will join forces for a special Four Hands Charity Event
Taking place on 15th April 2024 at Napoli on the Road, this upcoming evening is an absolute must-bite for pizza lovers. Not only delicious, 100% of the proceeds will be going to Refettorio Felix – a charity that works to combat social isolation + food poverty by providing 3-course meals made entirely from surplus food for those who need it, for free.
The event promises to be an unforgettable evening, as two of the world’s most distinguished pizza chefs collaborate to create an extraordinary dining experience.
The menu (£50 per person) will be a surprise six course tasting menu cooked by both Pascarella and Martucci and featuring stunning pizzas and other Italian delicacies with their signature creative twists. There is also an optional wine pairing for £25 per person, featuring the finest Italian wines.
The 50 Top Pizza Awards have become one of the most prestigious awards in the culinary scene, and winning Pizza Maker of the Year 2023 is a commitment to Michele Pascarella’s excellence and passion for pizza.

Sasa Martucci, is celebrated in Italy for his unwavering commitment to tradition and excellence. Born and raised in Naples, Sasa’s culinary journey has taken him around the globe, where he continues to delight diners with his artistry and passion for authentic Italian cuisine. His restaurant I Masanielli – Sasà Martucci was awarded 10th best pizzeria in the world at the 50 Top Pizza Awards.
Head chef and founder Michele Pascarella started his business by wandering around with his three-wheeler Ape Piaggio making wood fire pizzas all over London. Recognised as the first pizzaiolo to bring contemporary high-crust pizza to the UK, Michele is now considered a “pioneer of contemporary pizza”.
Since starting out, his focus has always been to deliver the finest quality dishes using exclusively seasonal ingredients. For this reason, the menu evolves every three months to respect the environment and what nature offers.
