Taking place at The Dolder Grand hotel in Zürich, this evening will focus on Cabernet Sauvignons from the Napa Valley.
Michelin-starred chef Heiko Nieder will create a beautiful six-course dinner for the occasion, which will be accompanied by exquisite wines from the Corison Winery. With only 15 places available for this exciting evening, it’s set to showcase the brilliance of the Golden State’s wine.
Nieder has an impressive number of accolades under his belt (or apron). These include ‘Most Improved Chef of the Year,’ ‘Hotel Chef of the Year’ and an enviable two Michelin stars.
The Californian wines have a fantastic depth and elegance, and can develop some truly wonderful flavours as they age. Winemaker Cathy Corison will be in attendance for the evening to present her wines in person.
