WIN! A Dessert Tasting Experience At The Pierre Marcolini Boutique

Collection of desserts all flavours - white background

Pierre Marcolini is bringing a taste of the rainbow to London this spring and The Wordrobe giving one lucky reader the chance to try it

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’re going to love this delicious giveaway. The Pierre Marcolini Boutique in Marylebone has launched a rainbow dessert tasting station with eleven new flavours – and we’re giving someone the chance to try it.

The new flavours range from zingy lemon and wild strawberry to indulgent caramel and tempting dark chocolate ganache. Prepare yourself for a sumptuous adventure that is as much about sculptural beauty as it is about bold flavours.

The desserts are based on the culinary principle that every dish should display a range of contrasting textures. So… there’s the crunch of the biscuit, blended with the feather-light mousse, cream, and finally the compote or middle layer to bind everything together.

Whether it’s praline, ganache or caramel you prefer, each dessert can be made in a completely bespoke way.

Pierre Marcolini commented: “I wanted to design a range of patisserie that was modern and inspiring, and at the same time introduce a new signature flourish: the thin chocolate shell that coats each of the desserts.

Each piece is like a scaled-up, 60g chocolate bonbon. Pure indulgence. Alongside the praline, ganache or caramel, I’ve also added a nice little biscuit, some fruit compote or a light cream.”
