Opening later this June, Savage Garden is a dramatic sky-high destination bar found in the heart of the City.  Enter a decadent and twisted world, 12 storeys above, and far removed from the corporate streets of the city below.

This all-day bar and cocktail lounge, located atop the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Tower of London, boasts stunning 360-degree vistas that take in some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks – with a range of decadent drinks to enjoy beside them.

3 Angler

Angler’s rooftop terrace has been transformed into a picturesque summer bar in collaboration with artisanal spirits brand, the Cotswolds Distillery. As part of D&D London’s wider Blossom City Campaign, the terrace brings Cotswold country charm to the city, offering refreshing and floral cocktails alongside hanging baskets overflowing with summer flowers.

The six-strong cocktail list (all priced at £12) includes:
• The Cotswold G&T, Cotswolds gin, fig syrup, basil, lime, Mediterranean tonic
• The Hedgerow Martini, Costwolds gin, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, lemongrass syrup
• Beebrush Gimlet, Cotswolds gin, lime, lemon verbena syrup, cucumber.

Wash them down with a bespoke menu of Michelin-starred herbal bar snacks including:
• Grilled flatbread, lemon verbena pesto, garden herb cream (£10.50)
• Wild garlic, Ragstone arancini (£8.00)
• Crispy Cornish seafood, lovage and lemon mayonnaise (£12.50)

6 Aqua Spirit

Non-stop shopping for the day? Pull up a pew at Aqua Spirit, the sleek cocktail sanctuary found moments away from Oxford Circus. With sweeping views across Regent Street and beyond, the views are as delectable as the Japanese-themed menu. Don’t dawdle though – there’s no bookings taken for the terrace, so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Another city find, Coq d’Argent is a surprisingly peaceful venue perched high above One Poultry. Enjoy faux foliage, excellent service and a beautifully designed terrace filled with city workers milling around, drink in hand.

The bar snacks are equally good – don’t miss out on the juicy  langoustines.
