1 Meet your perfect Matcha at Tombo
If you can’t get enough of all things matcha, pull up a pew at Tombo in South Kensington. A fully-fledged matcha bar and café, this chic hotspot serves up everything from marble matcha cheesecake to green-hued chai lattes and even ‘flat greens’.

2 Try Nancy Silverton’s Guest Bowl at Island Poké
If you’re a poké fan, listen up (and grab your chopsticks). Grab-and-go Island Poké is teaming up with food royalty for the latest creation in its Guest Bowl series. Known internationally for her restaurants and cookbooks, Nancy Silverton has created the delectable Salmon Poké Nicoise bowl, treating foodies to a silkily fresh bite.
Since launching in 2015, Island Poké has spearheaded the runaway popularity of Hawaiian- style poké bowls in London and in working with Silverton, it’s declaring ever-larger culinary ambitions.
Named ‘Outstanding Chef’ by New York’s James Beard Foundation, the chef has written eight cookbooks spanning three decades, worked with the likes of Wolfgang Puck and is a long-established name on the LA food scene.
The Salmon Poké Nicoise draws on the cuisine served at Silverton’s Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza restaurants in Los Angeles, by being dressed with both lemon and anchovy vinaigrettes and incorporating olive tapenade.
Enjoy a salad leaf base and layers of sliced new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, edamame beans, green olive ciabatta croutons, sashimi-grade salmon, capers and what Silverton describes as ‘the perfect set egg’.

3 Dine with Da Vinci at il Pampero
Live your best Italian life with this exciting new menu. In celebration of Leonardo da Vinci’s 500th Anniversary this year, il Pampero, a suave Italian restaurant in the heart of Belgravia, has created a 6-course menu inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s life in Tuscany and his most famous inventions.
Feast upon an amuse bouche inspired by the Mona Lisa, a starter using ingredients featured at The Last Supper and an impressive Panforte dessert influenced by Leonardo da Vinci’s helicopter design.

4 Marvel at 45 Park Lane’s ‘Light Pattern’ art exhibition
Art addicts, consider your weekend plans sorted. Dorchester Collection’s contemporary luxury hotel, 45 Park Lane has unveiled its latest art exhibition in collaboration with renowned British artist, Chris Wood – featuring an innovative display of light sculptures to admire.
One of the UK’s most exciting artists, Chris Woods has previously collaborated with Fendi, designing the window displays for the fashion house in each of their stores worldwide; she has also been commissioned by Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Paya visit to ‘Light Pattern’ until 29th April is created to admire a unique display using a material called dichroic (originally developed by NASA) – a colourless material that filters and reflects wavelengths of light. In doing so, it produces a huge variety of rainbow coloured shadows and projections, which will interplay with the unique architecture of the hotel.

7 Have fun with Cinnamon Kitchen’s House of HOLI

Andy Taylor of Le Bun is bringing back his hit French-American burgers to Brick Lane this Spring for a 4 week pop up, Le Bun @ Truman, with their newly customised neon-loaded Le Bun Shack.

16 Join Six Acclaimed Chefs For a Watercress-themed Dinner
The event held at Grace Hall, Central London on Monday 25 March will see six acclaimed chefs create an 8-course dinner for guests starting with a canapé reception with a welcome cocktail (designed especially for the event by Camm & Hoopers’ Patrick Hobbs, Chief Booze Engineer) and finishing with bespoke chocolates by chocolatier David Frear.
Chefs Louisa Ellis, Daniel Britten, Robbie Lorraine, Hari Ghotra, Chris Wheeler and Eddie Kilty will be showcasing the great flavour and versatility of watercress, with this nutritious leafy vegetable being the critical ingredient in every course.

19 Make a move at Momo
As the restaurant enters its 23rd year, creative maverick Mourad Mazouz [Sketch London, Derriere, Restaurant 404, Andy Wahloo in Paris] has reimagined Momo in a more sophisticated and refined guise.
Relaunching this March with an extended terraces and newly sumptuous interiors, the elegant, North African/ Mediterranean gastro-brasserie, will commence the next chapter of its legacy – the first North African restaurant of significance to grace London.
Executive Head Chef Hervé Deville, (previously Executive Head Chef under three Michelin starred Pierre Gagnaire at Sketch Mayfair for seven years) will lead the kitchen with his wealth of experience and culinary excellence.
