To me, there’s nothing more vibrant or eye-catching than a little bit of red lipstick. Dramatic eye makeup is all well and good – but a red lip is timeless, classic and ultra-confident. Even when having dinner.
I have a drawerful of lipsticks, but MAC’s matte Russian Red and Estee Lauder’s glossy Pure Colour will always be my favourites. I think it’s worth spending a little more because they’re not only long-lasting, but durable too. Better brands are worth investing in, rather than spending more money every other week on a lesser quality lipstick.
