No plane, no problem. The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority is bringing Caribbean paradise straight to our phone screens through a new Instagram live series
As the world adjusts to the new reality of life at home and away from other people and places, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) is inviting people to escape to the dreamy realm of Saint Lucia with a fun Instagram live series.
While we can’t travel for the time being, we can explore through our screens instead. Discover yoga and meditation at the Pitons, make a tropical cocktail with locally-produced Chairman’s Reserve Rum or master the art of authentic Saint Lucian dishes. There’s even a breath-taking hike to join during the twice weekly series.
To participate, simply follow @TravelSaintLucia on Instagram as the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority broadcasts LIVE from sunny Saint Lucia during designated times and dates (scroll down for the full list).
UK & Europe SLTA Director Patricia Charlery-Leon commented: “It’s heartening to see how people have pulled together as we all face such difficult challenges. We wanted to offer a little escape with some of the things that inspire people about our island, until the time is right to welcome people again.”
