How To Make Mickaël Bellec’s Tiramisu Cocktail

Drinkable desserts? Yes please. This creamy tiramisu cocktail is ideal for a sip of sweet sophistication


Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo is inviting everyone with a sweet tooth to make their own ‘Chocolate Bar’ at home with a creamy Tiramisu cocktail recipe.

Created by Mickaël Bellec, the drink recreates pastry-chef Patrick Mesiano’s iconic French pastry, La Religieuse. Drinkable desserts? Yes please.

Ingredients
• 2cl of cocoa liquor
• 1cl of Kahlùa
• 1cl of vanilla syrup
• 3cl of Gray Goose vodka
• a dash of crème liqueur vanille

Method
1 In a shaker, mix the following ingredients
2 Give the mixture a good shake, then use a strainer to pour into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
3 Decorate with chocolate shavings.
