If you love cocktails and anything Italian, you’re going to love this upcoming March masterclass at Fiume

Francesco Mazzei’s modern Italian restaurant, Fiume, will be hosting an exclusive cocktail masterclass with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto this March. 


A liqueur launched by the UK’s leading expert in Italian spirits, Guiseppe Gallo as part of his quest to revive the forgotten Rosolio category, guests are invited to join Guiseppe for a cocktail crash course.

Hsted by Luca Missaglia and Andrea Moccoroni of Italicus, you’ll be taken through the ‘Art of an Aperitivo’. Enjoy a selection of the finest negronis and spritzers, all made using Italicus, before trying your hand at mixing your own.


No Italian cocktail event would be complete without cicchetti, and the Fiume kitchen will be providing a delicious selection of bites to sustain guests throughout the evening.
