Lunchtime obsessions: chia seed sushi 

I’ve been known to eat the same meals over and over again (I justify it with the “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” motto) but lately, I’ve been trying to branch out a little bit. 

Instead of the usual combinations, I’ve been trying out new versions of my usual favourites – and with this newfound sense of adventure, I’ve discovered a new love – chia seed & quinoa sushi. 

Easy to eat and an ideal alternative to standard plain sushi, Waitrose’s quinoa sushi pack (with fresh salmon and avocado) is perfect for lunch enjoyed both outside or al desco. 

Plus, it’s super filling, full of nutritious ingredients and less than 300 calories per pack. My kind of lunch!
