Join food expert Lisa Markwell for a sumptuous supper club at J Sheekey Atlantic Bar this summer
This July, J Sheekey Atlantic Bar is set to run a second series of guest chef supper clubs, with some of the most celebrated food writers and chefs in the UK hosting one night only events at the restaurant.
Kicking off season two and cooking alongside Atlantic Bar Executive Chef Andrew McClay will be Sunday Times Food editor, Lisa Markwell. Lisa is a passionate cook with a huge respect for seasonal and regional ingredients.
Her passion will be reflected in the dishes cooked for the supper club series, her signature being ribboned salad of beetroot cured salmon, pickled summer vegetables and labneh.
Lisa’s supper club is followed by Rose Price on Tuesday, 25 September, and Lisa Faulkner on Tuesday, 30 October.
