Get ready to raise a toast for this exclusive upcoming wine dinner series in London
Les 110 de Taillevent, the exquisite French restaurant, is launching a delicious wine dinner series entitled “Secrets de Terroirs” with stunning wines and beautifully-paired dishes.
With the first evening set to take place on the 31st January, this will be followed by dates on the 8th February and the 13th March.
Cavendish Square shall see this French restaurant showcase local secrets as it creates an unrivalled dining experience in the heart of Marylebone.
The first dinner shall take inspiration from French Champagne merchant Charles Heidsieck who famously brought the grape to the United States.
Using this history, Head Sommelier Christopher Lecoufle and Head Chef Ross Bryans have created a menu filled with exceptional food and wine pairings to tell Heidsieck’s story.
The feast will commence with Champagne Brut Réserve N.V. and cheese gougères, before sampling exquisite dishes including day boat sea bass with black truffle, celery and parmesan whilst sipping crisp refreshing glasses of Blanc des Millénaires 1995 Blanc de Blancs.
Devour a tempting blood orange posset with shortbread and marshmallow ice cream whilst tasting heavenly flutes of Champagne Rose Millésiemé 2005 and Champagne Brut Millésime 1983.
February’s dinner meanwhile, will be inspired around the family estate of Clos du Mont-Olivet, showcasing the aromatic flavours of their Châteauneuf du Pape.
No stranger to wine, Les 110 de Taillevent has an intricate focus on the tipple, with 110 wines served by the glass and around 1500 bottles to select from.
With this at its core, expect the “Secrets de Terroirs” wine dinner series to offer something truly exceptional to London’s dining scene.
