Join Tom Aikens For New Muse Masters Guest Chef Series

Join Tom Aikens and a number of London’s most talented chefs for a series of special one-off dinners, taking place to shine the spotlight on London’s dwindling hospitality industry this autumn

Get your fine dining fix this autumn thanks to Tom Aikens’ exciting Guest Chef Series, taking place on Wednesday 14th October and 25th November in Belgravia with Robin Gill (of former Clapham institution, The Dairy) and Alex Dilling (of Mayfair’s famed two Michelin-starred The Greenhouse).

Designed to bring awareness to the so many London restaurants which have sadly had to close due to the pandemic, the new series also aims to celebrate the talent of these chefs who have sadly lost their jobs – with 10% of profits going to the Only a Pavement Away charity.

A number of London’s leading chefs will join Aikens on the pans for a multitude of one-off events, treating the city’s gourmands to a range of spectacular seasonal dishes.

The first headliners on 14th October and 25th November include heavyweight names Robin Gill (of former Clapham institution, The Dairy) and Alex Dilling (of Mayfair’s famed two Michelin-starred The Greenhouse, which was sadly recently closed due to the pandemic).

Both chefs bring with them dishes from their restaurants, and a chance for guests to enjoy some of their signature dishes, in the words of Britney, one more time. 

Hosted at Tom’s Belgravia townhouse restaurant, Muse, a 23 lucky guests can watch the pair of chefs in action at the theatre-style open kitchens.

The evenings will include six delectable courses – plus an a’muse’bouche, of course, and a glass of Champagne, with 10% of profits going to Only a Pavement Away – a vital charity helping place vulnerable and homeless people into jobs within hospitality.

The first event’s menu on 14 October is as follows:

Snacks inspired by the seasons
Celeriac, charcoal, egg yolk
Crab, bacon and samphire
Applewood smoked eel, young leeks, nori cream
Lamb, Sichuan pepper, corn
Salted caramel, malted barley ice cream
Truffled Baron Bigot, fig & walnut toast, birch honey
