Stunning slopes, world-class dining and five-star hospitality – what could be better? Taking place in February 2020, gourmands are invited to join the beautiful Severin*s hotel for three special dining experiences with Michelin chef Tom Aikens.

Located in idyllic Lech, Severin*s is an exquisite nine-suite hotel with its own four-bedroom Private Residence.

During this ski season, the luxe property will welcome Tom for a series of intimate dinners over the half term period in collaboration with Severin*s talented Head Chef, Kevin Szalai.

From 17 – 23 February 2020, three opulent gourmet occasions will be taking place within  Severin*s’ impeccable surrounds, two of which will be open to the public.

The nights will see a “Tom Aikens” evening in the Severin*s Restaurant, a “Tom Aikens and Kevin Szalai” evening in the Severin*s Restaurant and an exclusive event for Private Residence guests only.

A hotspot for hungry bon vivants, Severin*s is renowned for defying culinary expectations in Lech. Chef Szalai, at age just 26,  regularly creates impressive and immaculately-presented dishes that champion local producers.

His signature dish is Deer & Moss, inspired by the abundant moss that grows on the mountains surrounding Severin*s that he freezes for the winter season.

Tom Aikens is one of the most highly acclaimed and Michelin awarded chefs in the UK, who has been an inspiring force on the British gourmet scene for nearly 30 years and a keen skier.

Together, Chefs Tom and Kevin will be creating surprise menus combining their distinctive techniques and styles, much to the pleasure of Severin*s guests and local customers too. Skiing has never sounded quite so sumptuous.
