Margot in Covent Garden is hosting a delectable wine dinner with Domaine Jean Teiller and Domaine Filliatreau – and you’re invited
Taking place on Monday 23 April, Margot’s popular wine dinner series will continue with a focus on the Loire Valley and two brilliant winemakers from the region, Patricia Teiller and Fredrick Filliatreau.
Patricia Teiller produces wines in the area of Menetou Salon and Fredrick Filliatreau in the area of Samur-Champigny – just a few kilometres between the two, but extremely different styles of wine.
With this dinner, glass by glass, the duo will explore the beauty of the wines from the Loire Valley, telling the story of two winemakers and showing the diversity that the region offers.
Guests will be presented with an exquisite five-course menu, with dishes set to include:
delights such as Mackerel marinated in white balsamic vinegar with asparagus and raspberries and Rigatoni with rabbit ragú, Taggiasche olives and lemon thyme.
