Ready to embrace your wild side? Pan will be bringing a taste of spring to London’s riverside – and you could win tickets
Taking place on 18th April at the Hurlingham Yacht Club in Putney, overlooking the River Thames, Pan’s spring banquet will celebrate wild food and cooking – from open fire barbecuing to pickling and fermenting – as well as seasonal British ingredients.
Named after the Greek god of the wild and nature, Pan prides itself on creating playful, seasonal food that celebrates the wild food and cooking techniques available in the British Isles.
What’s on the menu:
• Hot Smoked Salmon, Rhubarb
• Dirty seared Muntjac
• Butter bean and Nettle Feijao
• Roast, fermented and smoked salad
• Spitroast cake
Pan founder, Dougy Robertson, formerly Head Chef at foraging and cookery school, Hunter Gather Cook, commented: “We’re really excited to be bringing a feast of wild and foraged flavours to the Putney riverside, cooked on an open fire.”
The Wordrobe has teamed up with Pan to treat one lucky reader and a friend the chance to win tickets to the April 18th event. To win, simply enter your email address into the form below.
