Carnaby is hosting an exclusive Michael Caine exhibition in celebration of the forthcoming film, My Generation


Presented and produced by Michael Caine, the new film tells the story of the swinging sixties, revealed through the eyes of the icon that helped shape this remarkable era.

My Generation will be in cinemas on March 14th for a one night special that includes a Q&A with Michael Caine and David Batty.

The free-entry exhibition runs from 8 – 21 March at 3 Carnaby Street and is curated by Zelda Cheatle. The stunning showcase includes photographs, prints and previously unseen archive footage.

Carnaby X Generation

Many of the iconic contributors from the film are featured including; Twiggy, Roger Daltrey and The Who, Marianne Faithfull, Vidal Sassoon, Jean Shrimpton, Lulu, Paul McCartney and The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, David Bailey, Sandie Shaw and Mary Quant alongside Michael Caine.

What’s more, a duo of Q&A talks, hosted by broadcaster Edith Bowman, will take place at the exhibition. On Monday 12th March Director David Batty will be in conversation and on Monday 19th March renowned photographer Terry O’Neill will talk. Tickets are free and will be allocated via a ballot hosted on Carnaby.co.uk.
