Looking for your next wellness fix? There’s no need to jet off all the way to Bali for a detox retreat this spring, as from 21st February Coal Office in Kings Cross will open its doors to its neighbour and global fitness brand, Sweaty Betty, for a series of immersive wellness events over the course of five weeks.

Led by a host of experts and instructors in yoga, sound bath, dance, nutrition and more, the events are designed to help us start the year WELL – and you’re invited to every minute of the action.

Located in the unique and stunning setting of the building’s 19th century arches, Sweaty Betty has curated a special schedule of events that promote wellbeing and mindfulness, ranging from nutrition-focused talks to confidence-boosting dance workshops.

Priced at £20 per person, each participant will be treated to a 60 minute session from a specialist instructor, plus a gift from Sweaty Betty, bag and a £20 voucher to spend in-store. Ideal for quenching thirst post-session, the renowned Coal Office restaurant will provide a complimentary drink after the class too!

Coal Office is renowned for its contemporary, inventive cuisine and family style sharing plates largely influenced by Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Jerusalem traditions. Michelin-starred Israeli chef Assaf Granit and head chef Dan Pelles fuse influences from Jerusalem and London, while celebrating the very best produce from their sustainable suppliers.

The restaurant’s dining space and downstairs arches provide a unique location for this series with tables that look over the bustling Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard or on the counter seating, soaking up all the action of the talented chefs in the kitchen.
