Don’t get me wrong. I love working in a city as busy as London. It can be fun, challenging, always inspiring – but commuting everyday from the outside English countryside can be more than a little draining – especially by Friday afternon.
Instead of going for drinks in the city this week as I usually do, I hurried back to the countryside for an evening at a nearby lake with friends. Sometimes, simple things are the best things.
I went for a laidback and casual Friday look – cream Riverisland chiffon dress, suede Mango jacket and a cute Topshop stone necklace. Voila. Hello Boho Friday.
