Taking place on 25, 57 and 27 April at Banyan Tree Bangkok, lucky diners will be able to enjoy a delectable taste of Vietnamese cuisine. On each of the three evenings, the chef behind popular modern Vietnamese restaurant House of Ho in London, will showcase a number of signature dishes.
Guests can feast on everything from crab prepared in a trio of styles and Asian inspired ceviche with a hint of Thai-ness to Green tea smoked duck breast and Vietnamese spiced rack of lamb.
